TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject matter of this contract is the supply of fluorescent microscopes for the Contracting Authority. 2. The subject matter of the contract shall be performed based on the assumptions specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract contained in the Assortment and Price Specification (Annex No 2 to the SWZ), the Technical Specification (Annex No 3 to the SWZ) and the Contract template including the planned provisions of the contract for a public contract, which will be incorporated into the text of this contract (Annex No 5 to the SWZ). 1.
