TENDER DESCRIPTION
Delivery of a benchtop scanning electron microscope (SEM) with an energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) module The subject of the contract is the delivery of a benchtop scanning electron microscope (SEM) along with an integrated X-ray microanalysis module (EDS), a complete control system, software, detectors, equipment necessary for the proper operation of the device, and all connections and elements ensuring full system functionality, with the technical parameters and minimum conditions specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ titled "Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract" and in Annex No. 5 "Draft contractual provisions". Detailed terms for delivery and acceptance are set out in the Draft Contractual Provisions—Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
