TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 3 to the ToR - Price Form. 2. The contract execution conditions are specified in the Draft contract provisions constituting Annex No. 2 to the ToR. 3. The contracting authority foresees the possibility to use the option right. 4. The description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 4 – Operational and Technical Requirements (OTR) along with the price form included in Annex No. 3 to the ToR – Price Form. 5. The type (assortment) and quantities of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the ToR – Price Form. 6. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the ToR – Price Form, as well as in Annex No. 2 to the ToR – Draft contract provisions and in the OTR - Annex No. 4 to the ToR. 7. The contract execution conditions are specified in the Draft contract provisions constituting Annex No. 2 to the ToR. 8.
