TENDER DESCRIPTION
Supply of inflatable tents with equipment 1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of 3 units of inflatable tents with equipment 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ 3) The Contracting Authority, based on Article 16b of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended), does not permit the performance of deliveries (products/goods) originating from third countries with which the European Union has not concluded an international agreement granting contractors from those countries equal and reciprocal access to the public procurement market (in particular the Agreement on Government Procurement – GPA).
