TENDER DESCRIPTION

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the applicable documents and the quality requirements referred to in Article 246(2) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp) are contained in Annex No 7 – “Description of the subject of the contract” and in Annex No 4 to the SWZ – “Draft contract” to the SWZ. The scope of the contract is set out in Annex No 1A to the SWZ – the price form. Requirements concerning contract performance, complaints and contractual penalties are set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ – Draft contract. Quantitative and qualitative acceptance of the goods shall be carried out at the delivery location (food service warehouse located on the premises of the 31st Tactical Air Base, 61-325 Poznań, ul. Silniki 1; in exceptional situations, delivery shall be made to the 31 BLT Training Centre in Kiekrz, ul. Rekreacyjna 2 in Poznań), by persons authorised on behalf of the Contracting Authority (warehouse staff), with the involvement of the Contractor or its authorised representative, on the basis of the invoice and the submitted purchase order.
