TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of the contract is the supply of surgical instruments for procedures using the Da Vinci robot and various medical devices. The detailed scope and description of the subject matter of the contract, estimated quantities and the manner of performance of the contract are included in the attachments to the Procurement Conditions Specification (hereinafter referred to as the “SWZ”), namely: Annex No 1 – Assortment and Price Form, Annex No 3 – Draft contracts.
