TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of surgical instruments for procedures using the Da Vinci robot and various medical products. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract, estimated quantities and the method of performance of the contract are included in the appendices to the Terms of Contract (hereinafter referred to as “SWZ”), namely: App. No. 1 – Assortment and Price Form, App. No. 3 – Draft contract(s).
