TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of instruments for medical and surgical procedures for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 44 parts. 3. Name of the subject according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 33169000-2 Surgical instruments. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract specifying the requirements of the Contracting Authority, quantities, is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – the Assortment-and-Price Form, and in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ – the Draft agreement. The Contractor, by completing the positions indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, confirms compliance with the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. 5. The offered items must be permitted for marketing and use in accordance with applicable legal regulations. 6.
