TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of a laptop 1) The subject of the contract is the supply of a laptop (1 unit), specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the “equipment”. The offered equipment must be brand new and unused, be from current production (year of production: no earlier than 2025), and have the appropriate certificates authorising it for sale and use within the territory of the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is required to provide free-of-charge warranty service for the equipment. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase and delivery of the equipment to the Contracting Authority’s registered office, including unloading, bringing it to the location indicated by the Contracting Authority. 3) The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 4) Contract performance time: within 21 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The Contractor may shorten the contract performance time in relation to the required period indicated above.
