TENDER DESCRIPTION
1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of notebooks (notebook – 1 pc, notebook – 1 pc, notebook – 1 pc) specified in Appendices No 2A–2C to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as “equipment”. The offered equipment must be factory-new and unused, originate from current production (production year: not earlier than 2025), and have appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is required to provide free warranty service for the equipment. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase and delivery of the equipment to the Contracting Authority’s registered office along with unloading and carrying it to the location indicated by the Contracting Authority. 3) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendices No 2A–2C to the SWZ. 4) The required delivery deadline: within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The Contractor may shorten the delivery deadline compared with the required deadline indicated above.
