TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of a new passenger car “Microbus” adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities 4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a 9-seat vehicle of the bus type for the transport of persons with disabilities for the needs of the Środowiskowy Dom Samopomocy in Prawno. 4.2. The purchased vehicle must be factory-new, unused, in proper technical condition, complete, ready for use, free from physical defects (structural, material, workmanship) and legal defects, and must meet the requirements specified in applicable provisions of law, in particular regarding the approval of the vehicle for road traffic, and must meet the technical and equipment requirements specified in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.4.3. The vehicle should have all necessary documents permitting the vehicle to be used on roads within the EU, and must also meet the requirements of the legal provisions in force within the Republic of Poland regarding approval of the vehicle for road traffic.
