DELIVERY OF A NEW SERVER WITH A DISK ARRAY AND A RACK CABINET FOR THE INDEPENDENT PUBLIC HEALTHCARE FACILITY PIASTUN The subject of the contract is: delivery, installation, mounting and commissioning at the Ordering Party’s registered office at ul. M. Reja 1 in Piastów of the following IT equipment: 1) a server with a disk array (1U rack enclosure) together with mounting accessories – 1 unit; installed disk array with total capacity of at least 24 TB; 2) 19" 42U rack cabinets with a depth of 1000 mm – 1 unit – together with mounting accessories; 3) migration of the medical program KS SOMED by Kamsoft SA to a new server environment along with full verification of correct operation; 4) delivery, installation and configuration of a server operating system meeting the requirements specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, together with access licenses enabling access to the server and management for 50 devices; 5) mounting and configuration work – installation, cabling and commissioning of the entire server environment; 6) migration of servers; 7) dismantling of the old server cabinet along with transferring its contents to the new 42U cabinet; the old cabinet remains in the possession of…
