DELIVERY OF A MODERN ULTRASOUND DEVICE 1. The subject of the contract is the DELIVERY OF A MODERN ULTRASOUND DEVICE. 2. Whenever, in this SWZ and in the attachments, reference is made to equipment, devices, apparatus, fittings, medical products, the Contracting Authority means fixed assets with software installed on them, constituting the subject matter of the contract specified in the OPZ. Whenever, in this SWZ and in the attachments, reference is made to software or a system, the Contracting Authority means software installed on the fixed assets delivered as part of the subject of the contract. 3. The subject of the contract has not been divided into parts. 4.
