TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of this contract is the delivery of reagents for NGS, QPCR, a mass spectrophotometer, cell selection, ammonia detection and IHC staining, together with the lease of equipment for the National Institute of Oncology, Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Research Institute, Gliwice Branch. 2. Task 1 – NGS sequencing libraries compatible with the Illumina NGS MiniSeq/MiSeq/NextSeq550Dx sequencer or equivalent – analysis of germline samples. 3. The description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for performance are set out in the annexes: 1) Assortment-and-price specification (SAC) – Annex No 2.1 to the SWZ 2) Draft contractual provisions to be incorporated into the contract (PPU) – Annex No 4.1 to the SWZ. 4. The term for performance of the contract subject matter shall run successively for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 5.
