TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of this contract is the delivery of reagents for NGS, QPCR, a mass spectrophotometer, cell selection, ammonium determination and IHC staining, together with the rental of equipment for the National Institute of Oncology, Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Research Institute, Gliwice Branch. 2. Part 1 – NGS sequencing libraries compatible with the Illumina NGS MiniSeq/MiSeq/NextSeq550Dx sequencer or equivalent – analysis of germline samples. 3. A description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for performance of the contract are included in the attachments: 1) Assortment-and-price specification (SAC) – Appendix No. 2.1 to the SWZ 2) Draft contractual provisions to be incorporated into the contract (PPU) – Appendix No. 4.1 to the SWZ. 4. The performance period for the subject matter of the contract is successively for 24 months, starting from the date of conclusion of the contract. 5.
