TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of reagents for analyzers ABL 90FLEX PLUS owned by the Contracting Authority. The subject matter of the contract consists of 1 part. 2. The detailed scope and description of the subject matter of the contract, estimated quantities, and the method for performing the contract are set out in the annexes to the Contract Notice Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as SWZ), namely: 1) Annex No. 1 – Item and Price Form, 2) Annex No. 3 – Draft contract. The Contractor shall attach Annex No. 1 to the SWZ to the bid. By completing the specified items in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, the Contractor confirms that it meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. 3. The maximum delivery time for a partial order is up to 5 working days (taking into account further provisions of the SWZ – the delivery time constitutes a criterion for evaluating bids). 4. The offered items must be complete, with a high standard in terms of both quality and functionality, and also free from material, design and legal defects. 5.
