TENDER DESCRIPTION
Delivery of reagents for performing urine tests together with the lease of analyzers. The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for performing urine tests together with the lease of an automatic analyzer for physico-chemical parameters and standardized urine elements for basic urine samples, together with equipment and a standby (back-up) analyzer for a period of 24 months according to the type and quantity schedule specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (Assortment and Pricing Form), and under the conditions specified in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
