TENDER DESCRIPTION

1.1. The subject of the contract is Task No 1 – supply of reagents for biochemical and immunochemical tests, calibrators, controls and consumables together with the lease of analyzers and a pre-analytical system. 1.2. The assortment-quantity-price specification of the subject of the contract, the required technical and operational parameters are set out in Appendix No 2/1 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is required to complete and attach to the tender. 1.3. The pricing specification for the lease in the case of Task No 1 is Appendix No 2/1a to the SWZ, which the Contractor is required to complete and attach to the tender. 1.4.
