Delivery of reagents, consumables, calibrators and controls together with the lease of a hybrid analyser for the assessment of physicochemical properties and for the assessment of formed elements of urine, together with a backup-type reader. 5.2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, the description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding performance and acceptance, specify: 5.3.1. Description of the subject of the contract – assortment and price form – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 5.3.2. Draft contractual provisions – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 5.4. The assortment and price form constitutes the content of the tender and is not subject to completion.
