TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the subject matter of the contract to be performed includes: a) Continuous delivery of reagents together with the lease of analyzers for testing acid-base balance and critical parameters for the 105th Kresowy Military Hospital with the Clinic SP ZOZ in Żary, in quantities and assortment specified in Appendix No. 8, the assortment-and-price form. b) The subject matter of the contract includes delivery of reagents for 35,000 tests together with the lease of three analyzers for testing acid-base balance and critical parameters of the same type from one manufacturer”. c) The contractor’s obligations will include the continuous delivery of reagents in quantities and assortment specified in the assortment-and-price form constituting Appendix No. 8 (packages A, B, C and D) to the SWZ, as well as the lease of 3 analyzers for testing acid-base balance and critical parameters, together with full service and application support, described in detail in the specification of technical parameters constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
