The scope of the contract to be performed includes: a) Regular delivery of reagents together with the lease of analyzers for testing acid-base balance and critical parameters for the 105. Kresowy Military Hospital with its Outpatient Clinic SP ZOZ in Żary in quantities and assortment specified in Annex No. 8 (assortment-and-price form). b) The subject of the contract includes delivery of reagents for 35,000 tests together with the lease of three analyzers for testing acid-base balance and critical parameters of the same type from one manufacturer”. c) The contractor’s obligations will include regular delivery of reagents in quantities and assortment specified in the assortment-and-price form constituting Annex No. 8 (Packages A, B, C and D) to the SWZ, as well as the lease of 3 analyzers for testing acid-base balance and critical parameters together with full service and application support, as described in detail in the technical parameters specification constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
