TENDER DESCRIPTION
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the assortment-and-price form constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ, in the tender form constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ, in the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. The Contractor is required to attach the following subject-matter evidence to the tender: - Catalogue/brochure/technical datasheet of the offered assortment in electronic form in the Polish language or in another language with a translation of the document into the Polish language, provided that the Contracting Authority allows the use of proprietary names and the naming commonly used in those names of chemical compounds in the English language.
