TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a factory-new patrol boat of the RIB type, class *bKM IV, hereinafter “the boat”, together with the remaining complete equipment forming a functional whole for the needs of the Chief Inspectorate of Marine Fisheries. The boat is intended to equip the floating unit Kontroler 19 in Władysławowo, for controlling water areas, carrying out inspections of fishing units, and for monitoring recreational fishing carried out in marine waters, zones up to 6 NM from the baseline line of the Baltic Sea and up to 3 NM from the base vessel. 2. The subject matter of the contract includes, inter alia: 1) manufacturing and delivering a complete boat to the Władysławowo port, functionally compliant with its intended purpose from the point of view of the purpose of the subject matter of the contract; 2) delivery of complete boat documentation in accordance with the requirements set out in the description of the subject matter of the contract and in the drafted provisions of the contract (i.e. warranty cards, DTR, equipment operating instructions in the Polish language and other documents required by law, including those confirming…
