TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: DELIVERY – VEGETABLE OILS AND FATS according to the assortment-and-quantity listing contained in the tender form in accordance with Annex No 1 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and requirements for it are set out in the Draft contract provisions (together with appendices) constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the basis of the rules and conditions described in Annex No 2 to the SWZ – Draft contract provisions together with the appendices.
