TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of vegetable oils and fats to 31 WOG Zgierz in accordance with the contract documents. 2. The scope of the contract includes the assortment specified within the scope of the above task in Annex No 2 to the SWZ – Price form. 3. The description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex No 4 to the SWZ. 4. The delivery locations under the above task are specified in Annex No 5A-5B to the SWZ – Delivery locations. 5. The Contracting Authority provides for the option right to be used under this task. 6. The Contracting Authority requires the provision of security for the proper performance of the contract. 7. In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority requests that the relevant evidence specified in the contract documents be submitted. 8. Pursuant to Article 107(2) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the supplementation of the above evidence, in the event that the contractor does not submit them with the bid or if the evidence submitted with the bid is incomplete. 1.
