TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel oil intended for refuelling vehicles and equipment operated by the Municipal Waste Management Plant in Bełżyce Sp. z o.o. 2) CPV code: 09134100-8 – Diesel fuel. 3) The subject of the contract includes the purchase, transport and delivery of diesel oil to the registered office of the Contracting Authority: Municipal Waste Management Plant in Bełżyce Sp. z o.o., 35A Przemysłowa Street, 24-200 Bełżyce. 4) The expected maximum quantity of diesel oil covered by the basic contract is: up to 200,000 litres. 5) The Contracting Authority assumes that a single delivery will be approximately 4,000 litres and that deliveries will be carried out on average 3–4 times per month, while the actual frequency and quantity of deliveries will depend on the Contracting Authority’s current needs. 6) The stated quantity of diesel oil is the maximum quantity.
