2. The size of monthly deliveries and the partial-delivery cycle, the deadline and the type of fuel (depending on weather conditions) will each time be specified by the Contracting Authority by email, no later than 48 hours before the delivery deadline to the Contracting Authority’s warehouse of diesel fuel in the quantity of 18–21 m³; 3. The above quantities of diesel fuel and light heating oil may change depending on the Contracting Authority’s needs within the limits of ± 20% of the stated quantity. 4. For each fuel delivery, a confirmed fuel quality certificate for proof of issue, identified by a number, from the given manufacturer or produced by an authorised laboratory (or its copy, which may be generated in the form of an electronic printout containing the first name and last name of the authorised person) must be delivered. In addition, the certificate must: 1) comply with the fuel qualification; 2) contain the basic data characterising the delivered fuel; 3) be provided with the date and the test control number; 4) be made not earlier than 7 days before the delivery; 5) be prepared in the Polish language or translated into Polish. 5.
