TENDER DESCRIPTION

Description of the subject matter of the contract 1. The subject matter of the contract is the successive supply of diesel oil for the needs of Komunikacja Miejska Rybnik sp. z o.o. 2. The contract covers the supply of diesel oil in the quantity (min / max): 252,000 litres / 450,000 litres over a period of 12 months. The Contracting Authority guarantees the performance of the contract at the minimum guaranteed order volume amounting to 252,000 litres. 3. The size of the delivery means the planned target quantity over the entire performance period of the contract. The Contracting Authority allows a reduction of the scope of the contract. 4. Deliveries will be made to the fuel station tanks located in Rybnik, at ul. Lipowa 25d. 5. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject matter of the contract meets the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels, and the parameters of the PN-EN 590:2026-01 standard. 6.
