TENDER DESCRIPTION
Supply of heating oil for the Representative Centre of the Ministry of National Defence 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of light heating oil L-1 for heating purposes, hereinafter referred to as heating oil, in a total quantity of 156.00 m3, including: 100.00 m3 — the guaranteed order; 56.00 m3 — the optional order. 2. The delivery of heating oil shall take place in the quantities and within the time limits set out in the Delivery Plan constituting Appendix No 3 to the SWZ. 3. The description of the subject matter of the contract also includes Appendix No 7 to the SWZ — the contract template.
