TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of light heating oil L-1 for space heating of the buildings of the Social Welfare Home in Ludzisko in the second half of 2026. 1. The subject matter of the contract is successive deliveries of light heating oil L-1 for heating the buildings of the Social Welfare Home in Ludzisko, Ludzisko 78, 88-160 Janikowo, in accordance with PN-C-96024:2020-12, for heating purposes, in the planned quantity of up to 40,000 litres. Successive deliveries of light heating oil L-1 will take place in the second half of 2026. 2. CPV code: 09135100-5 – heating oil. 3. The heating oil must have the following parameters: 1) calorific value not less than 42.6 MJ/kg; 2) density at temp. 15° C max. 860 kg/m3; 3) flash point min. 56° C; 4) kinematic viscosity at 20° C no higher than 6.00 mm2/s; 5) fractional composition—at up to 250° C distils max. 65% (V/V), at up to 350° C distils min. 85% (V/V); 6) pour point max. –20° C; 7) residue after coking (with 10% distillation residue) max. 0.3% (m/m); 8) residue after calcination max. 0.01% (m/m); 9) sulphur content no more than 0.1% (m/m); 10) water content no more than 200 mg/kg; 11) content of solid impurities no more than 24 mg/kg; 12) red colour. 4.…
