TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is successive deliveries of light heating oil of the "Ekoterm Plus" type or equivalent, hereinafter referred to as "oil", in a maximum quantity of up to 192,000 liters, according to the current demand of the Contracting Authority, divided as follows: 1) 30,000 liters to the Municipal Office in Prusice (hereinafter referred to as MO in Prusice) at Rynek 1 street; 2) 124,000 liters to the Henryk Sienkiewicz Primary School in Prusice (hereinafter referred to as PS in Prusice) at Żmigrodzka 43 street; 3) 10,000 liters to the Maria and Lech Kaczyński Primary School in Skokowa, Kościelna 10 street, 55-110 Prusice, including the school building in Piotrkowice 19; 4) 8,000 liters to the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Prusice, at Powstańców Śląskich 17 street; 5) 20,000 liters to the Social Services Center in Prusice, Żmigrodzka 39 street, 55-110 Prusice. 2. The quantities of oil indicated may change depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority. 3.
