Supply of heating oil The subject of the contract is the ongoing, successive supply of light heating oil in a total quantity of up to 90 m3 with parameters compliant with the Polish Standard PN-C-96024.2020-12 “Petroleum products. Heating oils”, the regulation of the Minister of Energy of 1 December 2016 on quality requirements regarding the sulphur content for oils and the types of installations and the conditions in which heavy heating oils are to be used (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2008), the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 28 November 2022 on labelling and colouring of energy products (Journal of Laws 2022.2633), grade L1 for the needs of schools within the municipality of Lubraniec
