TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of heating oil 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of light heating oil intended for heating purposes, with parameters no worse than those specified in the table in Part II, item 1 of the SWZ, meeting the requirements of the PN-C-96024:2020-12 standard for grade L-1 or an equivalent standard, as well as the requirements of applicable legal provisions regarding the quality, marking and colouring of heating oil. The delivery will be carried out successively to the organisational units of the Gmina Stryszawa, according to the following breakdown:- Youth Hostel and School Complex in Stryszawa, Building 496 - Primary School in Kukowo, Building No. 52,- Education and Pre-School Complex in Krzeszów, Building 216 and Building 78A- Education and Pre-School Complex in Lachowice, Building 232B and Building 232C. The total delivery will not exceed 100 000 litres. The quantity stated above is an estimated quantity. It may be reduced in the event of circumstances beyond the Contracting Authority’s control, including unfavourable weather conditions.
