TENDER DESCRIPTION
Delivery of re-treaded tyres 1. Scope of the subject matter of the contract: The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of re-treaded tyres for the needs of the Municipal Waste Management Company Sp. z o.o. in Kraków at 1 Nowohucka Street. 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No 1 to the SWZ. 3. The minimum warranty period required by the Contracting Authority for the subject matter of this contract, in accordance with Annex No 1 to the SWZ. 4. Place of delivery of the subject matter of the contract: - Headquarters of the Municipal Waste Management Company Sp. z o.o., 1 Nowohucka Street, 31-580 Kraków and - Barycz Environmental Centre, 40 Krzemieniecka Street, 30-694 Kraków 5. Performance period of the contract: 12 months from the date of signature of the agreement – subject to changes provided for in Annex No 3 to the SWZ.
