DELIVERY OF TYRES FOR VEHICLES FOR THE 45TH ARMY LOGISTICS UNIT IN WĘDRZYN 1. The subject matter of the contract is: delivery of tyres for vehicles for the 45th Army Logistics Unit in Wędrzyn. Place of delivery: - m. Skwierzyna – ul. 61 Brygady, 66-440 Skwierzyna 2. The goods supplied by the Contractor will be in Grade I, brand new, and manufactured in 2025 or later. 3. The supplied goods in a given assortment position must be from the same manufacturer, comply with all quality standards and have the required technical parameters. 4. The supplied goods must be marked with a barcode: a) the goods shall be marked with a barcode in accordance with Decision No 3/MON of the Minister of National Defence dated 3 January 2014, concerning guidelines defining requirements for marking with barcodes of products supplied to the ministry of national defence. The delivered goods should be marked in accordance with section 4 point 1 subpoint 5 (material group 5) of the above-mentioned decision.
