TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of software for implementing backup copies as part of the project entitled: "Raising the level of cybersecurity in Sanok County" The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: Delivery of a server for Sanok County as part of the project entitled: "Raising the level of cybersecurity in Sanok County": The subject of the contract is the supply of brand-new, perpetual software licenses for creating backup copies and the extension of the existing NAKIVO environment. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract. NOTE: The Contracting Authority informs that whenever, in the description of the subject of the contract, trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a specific process are used that characterise products or services supplied by a specific contractor, the Contracting Authority in each case accepts equivalent assortment, i.e. one that has equivalent main functionalities and parameters enabling the fulfilment of the objectives for which it is intended.
