TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of software and multimedia tools for 3 educational facilities within the territory of the Gmina Myślenice, divided into 2 Parts: 1) Part 1 – Supply of software and multimedia tools 2. The Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: OPZ), constituting Appendix No 1.1 for Part 1, contains a detailed description of the subject of the contract for the respective Parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial bids within each of the Parts. 3. The Contractor must provide: 1) Part 1 – a 24-month warranty for the supplied devices and perpetual licenses for the software for all items, excluding licenses for a period of 3 years for item 2. 3) The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract in accordance with the scope and quantities specified in Appendix 1.1.1 for Part 1 to the following educational facilities: a) Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny in Krzyszkowice, Krzyszkowice 368, 32-445 Krzyszkowice, b) Szkoła Podstawowa in Trzemeśnia, Trzemeśnia 250, 32-425 Trzemeśnia, c) Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny in Myślenice, ul.
