TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of fruit. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 03220000- 9 Vegetables, fruit and nuts 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annexes No 1, 1.1., 5 and No 4 to the SWZ, i.e.: the Tender Form, the Assortment-and-Price Specifications, the Descriptions of the subject matter of the contract and the Draft provisions of the agreement. 3. The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of partial tenders. Justification: The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of partial tenders, because the subject matter of the contract covers successive deliveries of fruit, which require ensuring continuity of deliveries, a uniform level of quality and efficient organization and coordination of performance of the contract. Splitting the contract into parts and entrusting their performance to several Contractors could make ongoing coordination of deliveries more difficult, in particular with regard to the deadlines, quantities and quality of the delivered products.
