TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract awarded in this procedure is the successive delivery of liquid fuels (diesel oil) to mobile tanks, for the own needs of the Zamrzenica Forest District. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Chapter 3 of the Terms of Reference (ToR). -The subject of the contract is the successive sale and delivery of diesel oil in an estimated quantity of 140,000 liters. -Delivery will be carried out successively according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority during the term of the contract. Diesel oil will be delivered by the Contractor systematically in batches, to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority located within the administrative area of the Zamrzenica Forest District, based on an issued order. A single delivery will cover an amount in the range from 1,500 l to 2,500 l. -The fuel will be refueled directly into factory tanks of machines or self-refueling tanks, located within the administrative reach of the Zamrzenica Forest District. -Fuel should be delivered to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority within 48 hours from the moment the Contracting Authority places the order. -Access to locations…
