Supply of liquid fuels for the registered office of the Municipal Greenery Company in Leszno Sp. z o. o. in 2027 1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of fuels to the registered office of the Municipal Greenery Company in Leszno Sp. z o. o. – the fuel deliveries will be carried out directly from the Contractor’s fuel station using the Contractor’s vehicle(s) to the Ordering Party’s registered office at C.K. Norwida 4, 64-100 Leszno, to containers intended for fuel in the form of diesel oil (ON) and unleaded gasoline (PB 95). 2. Deliveries will be made from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. Deliveries will be at the expense and risk of the Contractor. 3. The subject of the contract includes the following quantities of fuel within the scope of the basic contract: - Diesel oil (ON) – 17,000 litres - Unleaded gasoline (PB95) – 5,000 litres 4.
