TENDER DESCRIPTION
Supply of fuel for the Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej i Mieszkaniowej Sp. z o. o. in Wielichowo for 2027” The subject of the contract is the supply of: - diesel oil in an estimated quantity of 30,000 litres per year, - unleaded petrol 95 in an estimated quantity of 2,000 litres per year. The Contractor shall deliver diesel oil and unleaded petrol 95 successively according to the requirements of the Contracting Authority. Diesel oil and unleaded petrol 95 must meet quality requirements in accordance with the Polish Standard PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 or an equivalent standard, as well as the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314). The requirements contained in the Regulation are superior to the standard. The Contractor must ensure the possibility of refuelling the fuel directly from a dispenser into the vehicles of the Contracting Authority within the city of Wielichowo.
