TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of gas fuel for Poznań–Ławica Airport Sp. z o.o. The description of the subject matter of the contract and its scope are provided in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ). 2. When describing the subject matter of the contract pursuant to Article 99(3) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority used the following code defined in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 09120000-6 - Gaseous fuels. 3. The delivery of natural gas must take place in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the applicable Energy Law Act, implementing acts and Polish Standards. 4. The estimated amount of gas is intended solely for calculating the price of the tender and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to purchase it. The actual amount of purchased gas during the performance of the contract in question will result exclusively from the current needs of the Contracting Authority, subject to the provisions of point 6 below. 5.
