TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of gaseous fuel for Poznań – Ławica Airport Ltd. The description of the subject of the contract and its scope is contained in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (TOR) – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ). 2. The contracting authority, describing the subject of the contract on the basis of Article 99(3) of the Public Procurement Law, used the following code specified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 09120000-6 - Gaseous fuels. 3. The delivery of natural gas shall be carried out in accordance with applicable law, in particular in accordance with the applicable Energy Law Act, implementing acts, and Polish Standards. 4. The estimated quantity of gas is intended solely for the purpose of calculating the offer price and does not constitute an obligation of the contracting authority to purchase it. The actual quantity of gas purchased during the execution of the contract will result exclusively from the current needs of the contracting authority, subject to the provision of point 6 below. 5.
