Supply of fuel in non-cash transactions: unleaded petrol 95 and diesel oil for vehicles operated by the Voivodeship Road Traffic Office in Toruń, Local Branch in Grudziądz 1) The subject matter of the contract is the successive non-cash purchase of fuels, i.e.: diesel oil and unleaded petrol 95, hereinafter referred to as fuels for vehicles operated by the Voivodeship Road Traffic Office in Toruń, Local Branch in Grudziądz, consisting in ensuring the possibility to refuel the Employer’s official vehicles’ tanks on working days from Monday to Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and on Saturdays between 6:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at fuel stations located in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodeship, and in a limited number of cases also throughout the entire country. 2) The fuel dispensing will consist of successive (depending on needs) refuelling of the vehicles operated by the Employer. 3) The estimated maximum fuel quantities that the contracting authority intends to purchase during the term of the agreement for the Voivodeship Road Traffic Office in Toruń – local branch in Grudziądz: a) Unleaded petrol 95 with an octane number Pb 95 – 60,000 litres; b) Diesel oil – 40,000 litres. 4)…
