TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of photocopy paper, hereinafter referred to in the ToR as the assortment. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Chapter XIX of the ToR and in Appendix No 1 to the ToR. 3. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor, in the Tender, to indicate the manufacturer and the symbol or other data clearly identifying the offered assortment. If the tender does not specify data clearly identifying the offered assortment, the Contracting Authority will reject the tender pursuant to Article 226(1), point 5 of the Act. The term “Manufacturer” shall mean the company name under which the offered assortment is sold, or the entity introducing the goods into circulation on the territory of the Republic of Poland. The Contractor may not change the offered Manufacturer and the assortment symbol after submission of the tender. 4. Delivery deadline: no more than 7 working days, counted from the date on which the Contractor accepts the demand. 1.
