TENDER DESCRIPTION
Supply of toilet paper and paper towels 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of toilet paper and paper towels for the Hospital for Nervously and Mentally Ill Persons of St. Kryzana in Starogard Gdański. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix No 4 to the SWZ.
