TENDER DESCRIPTION

SUPPLY OF A RETORT FURNACE 3.1. The subject of the contract is the supply, installation, commissioning, and conducting training on the operation of a laboratory retort furnace intended to carry out the pyrolysis process in order to obtain biochar. 3.2. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the Purchaser’s registered office: Łukasiewicz Research Network, Łódź Institute of Technology, ul. Brzezińska 5/15, 92-103 Łódź. 3.3. The Purchaser informs that the contract has not been divided into parts due to the fact that it constitutes a single indivisible whole. 3.4. The Purchaser does not allow the submission of partial bids, because the subject of the contract constitutes one inseparable whole. 3.5. A description of the required parameters of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (assortment-and-price sheet). The Contractor may propose products with better technical, quality, and functional parameters than those specified by the Purchaser. 3.6.
