TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is successive deliveries of bread and confectionery products in accordance with the minimum quality requirements set out in Appendix No. 1 to the contract, in the assortment and basic quantities specified in Tables No. 1, subject to the option right for the assortment and quantities specified in Tables No. 2. The quantity under the option will be delivered by the Supplier in the event that the Recipient’s needs arise after the basic quantity of a given assortment has been fully used. 2. The contract template Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ and the minimum quality requirements Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ supplement the description of the subject matter of the contract and constitute an integral part of the Terms of Reference (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia). 1.
