TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of bread and confectionery products for the 31st Tactical Air Base. 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the applicable documents and quality requirements referred to in Article 246(2) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp) are contained in Annex No. 7 – “Description of the subject matter of the contract” and Annex No. 4 to the SWZ – “Draft contract” to the SWZ. The scope of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ – price form. 3. The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of partial tenders. Due to the uniform nature of the deliveries, splitting the contract is pointless and could even cause adverse effects for the Contracting Authority, e.g. difficulties in coordinating the activities of different Contractors, which may jeopardize proper performance of the subject matter of the contract, an increase in the prices offered, or inability to resolve the procedure due to the fact that submitting tenders for such small parts of the contract would be unprofitable for Contractors.
