TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of bread, confectionery products and cakes. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 15811000 – 6 Bread, 15612500 – 6 Bakery products, 15811100 – 7 Bread, 15812200 – 5 Cakes, 15812100 – 4 Confectionery products. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendices No 1, 1.1 - 1.2, 5.1 - 5.2 and No 4 to the SWZ, i.e.: the Tender Form, Commodity and Pricing Specifications, Descriptions of the subject matter of the contract and the Draft provisions of the contract. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial tenders, each of which will be assessed separately by the Contracting Authority, according to the rules described in the SWZ. The contract has been divided into parts in accordance with the description contained in Appendices No 1.1 - 1.2 to the SWZ. Each of the Contractors may submit a tender for any chosen part(s). The Contracting Authority requires submission of a tender covering all required items listed in Appendices No 1.1 - 1.2 to the SWZ.
